WCS is searching for a corporate wellness strategist and wellness expert to be responsible for the oversight of corporate accounts. The Program Manager works with the Director of Program Management to help clients develop and implement yearlong health and wellness programs, which include on-site programming, wellness challenges, oversight of wellness coaching, and more.What You'll Be Doing Develop and manage wellness programs such as workshops, webinars and wellness challenges. Coordinate on-site seminars, fitness classes, healthy cooking demos and other wellness initiatives. Design and deploy health education materials and promotional materials (monthly health observance flyers, newsletters, etc.) Manage client-specific wellness portal from back end. Create environmental supports (nutrition information on cafeteria offerings, stairwell messaging). Manage wellness subcontractors and vendors for wellness related events at client sites. Educate, train and provide incentive to wellness champions to support program. Lead wellness champion meetings, lead wellness webinars, lead conference calls, and keep track of strategic wellness plans. RequirementsWhat You'll Bring to the Team Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), Prezi, Constant Contact, GoTo Meeting Master's Degree in Health Promotion, Exercise Science, Health Education, Health Communication, Public Health, Nutrition, or other allied health field. 5 years' experience managing health promotion programs, preferably in corporate wellness Certification as Registered Dietitian (Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics), Certified Health Education Specialist (National Commission for Health Education Credentialing), Certified Health Fitness Specialist (American Council on Sports Medicine) or Certified Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine {NASM}, American Council on Exercise {ACE}, American Council on Sports Medicine {ACSM} BenefitsThe Perks of being on the WCS TeamWCS is looking for adventurous, passionate team members who talk the talk and walk the walk!
