Lieberman & Mark is a small DC-based law firm, engaged solely in the practice of veterans disability benefits. It is seeking a qualified attorney to handle appeals pending before the various Regional Offices of the US Department of Veterans Affairs, the Board of Veterans' Appeals, and the US Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Duties will include record review, case development, research, legal writing and advocacy, client and third-party communication, and supervison.. Strong analytical and excellent communication skills required.
