Job Description The Technical Recruiter will leverage their working knowledge of Government and commercial activities and their expertise in innovative recruiting techniques to actively and creatively evaluate, network and identify top talent for active programs, proposal support and strategic pursuits. Will work closely with the Hiring and Proposal Managers to determine requirements, challenges and best approach to ensure success. This individual will be responsible for assisting our team in recruiting candidates which collectively represent a wide variety of Information Technology skills versed in the latest technology. Additionally, will source and recruit potential candidates through resumes, directories, cold calling and utilization of job boards. Conduct interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to proposal job openings. Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral. Essential Job Functions: Work with Hiring Mangers to prepare Job Descriptions that meet requirements and attract the decided talent pool Prepares rating on applicants and provides applicants with information on the company. Manage requisitions in the company applicant tracking system to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met. The position will provide the highest level of customer service in addition to building and managing relationships with both customers and candidates on a continual basis. Performs work in support of human resource professionals that requires a good working knowledge of personnel procedures, guides, and precedents. Work in concert with Capture and Proposal Managers to source, identify and confirm key personnel (according to the RFP/SOW) for all contract bids. May review the RFP/SOW relative to assignment details of the Bids & Proposals. Attend Kick-Off meetings for upcoming Proposals. Supporting contract awards and program transitions both CONUS and OCONUS projects. Ensuring all other segments of Human Resources are actively engaged and participate in the final proposal review process prior to proposal submittal Requirements Bachelor-s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing or related discipline (preferred) Minimum of 7 years- experience Recruiting preferred within DOD and or other Gvernment agencies. Experienced in technical sourcing (ie database administrators, engineers, developers, IT project managers, Information Assurance, Cyber Security. Preferred experience working with classified programs both CONUS/OCONUS Experience supporting proposal and capture initiatives as they relate to Recruiting.
