Responsibilities:
  • Actively source for new business opportunities through a variety of prospecting channels
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients' requirements are met
  • Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
  • Ensure brand consistency
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Collect and analyze sales data and trends
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards
  • Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales
  • Consistently update our HubSpot CRM so that we direct our focus in the right places and effectively build our network

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Self-confident and coachable.
  • Optimistic in the opportunity to succeed and persistent in your pursuit.
  • A self-starter - takes initiative and needs little supervision.
  • Highly accountable in all that you do.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering on expectations and in achievement of goals.
  • Ability to deliver on sales revenue goals using Sandler Training defined sales processes.
  • Ability to meet and exceed comprehensive and challenging activity goals and sales expectations.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
  • Prior success in prospecting, including cold calling, and setting meetings with decision makers.
  • Prior success selling to technical executive levels of large corporations, small and medium-sized businesses, and government agencies.
  • A successful history of closing business in industries with long sales cycles (3-6 months on average).
  • A track record of closing new business.
  • Networking and building long term relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling and building creative technical solutions for prospects.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and overcome objections.
  • Knowledge and experience with data analytics sales or a related industry.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills - can effectively and respectfully communicate within every level at a company.
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills (can gather and analyze data and information and draw conclusions).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and lead-hunting.
