A top international law firm is seeking qualified candidates for a Temporary Marketing Coordinator. The individual in this role will provide daily support initiating and managing activities of the firm's business development, marketing, and public relations functions. Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation of business development presentations, briefings and new business proposals. Maintain library of marketing information about the practices. Maintain an accurate database of clients and other contacts to enable external communication. Assist with practice and industry-related sponsorships, events and memberships to facilitate the development of the practices. Maintain current and accurate deal lists and descriptions for use in marketing and business development efforts. Assist with the development and execution of marketing/business development strategies, plans and projects. Assist in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and targets, facilitating cross-selling initiatives, and participating on client-specific target teams. Assist with writing, editing and proofreading lawyer and practice group profiles, firm's internal and external publications; Qualified candidates will have the following: *Bachelor's degree required; preferably in marketing, communications, or related field *At least 2 years' experience in communications, preferably in legal or professional services *Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with various levels of staff *Superior written and verbal communication skills Qualified individuals will have the chance to work with a group of highly accomplished legal professionals with ample room for personal development.
