Responsibilities will include: - Assist in preparation of financial business plans, budgeting, forecasting, monthly, year-end reporting, and ad hoc reports and analyses. Work with Director of Finance to create and coordinate the annual budget. - Prepare KPIs and liaison with various departments to assist in improvement of overall performance. - Complete necessary general ledger journal entries and reconciliation of designated key general ledger accounts on a monthly basis. - Prepare, send and track quarterly and annual financial statements to lenders. - Assist the Director of Finance in putting construction financing in place for upcoming development jobs including check requests for Letters of Credit sureties. - Developing financial models and structures to underwrite and analyze investment opportunities. - Performing in-depth market research at national and local levels to support key business and strategic initiatives. - Prepare and review internal and external memoranda and presentations used for making investment decisions or communicating strategy. - Communicate with individuals inside and outside the organization, as necessary, to facilitate completion of internal and external deliverables. - Assist in special projects and analysis as required by senior management.
