Essential Job Functions:The Engineer II R&D supports product development by:Creating CAD designs, drawings and product documentation.Execute and support design verification testing.Performs statistical analysis of data Writes protocols, reports, risk assessments, and technical summaries.Perform Gage R&R SkillsStrong design and manufacturing capability.Ability to develop test methods and test fixtures.Statistical analysis of experimental data. Minitab experience preferred.Strong communication skills.3D Modeling (SolidWorks preferred). Education & Experience2 years of mechanical engineering experience post-graduationExperience in a highly regulated industry (medical devices, pharmaceutical, aerospace or defense)Bachelor's in mechanical engineering.GD&T experience preferred.
