TriMech is seeking a Mechanical Engineer at Aberdeen, MD to support Prototype Integration programs onsite at Aberdeen Proving Grounds. TriMech is providing full life-cycle product development to design, develop, test and manufacture technology solutions that meet the military technology insertion needs. Responsibilities: Work with Military stakeholders to develop solutions to meet their technology integration needs. Work with engineering and design team to develop subsystems that are integrated into a variety of military platforms. Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAE) Analyze engineering specifications to create the necessary parts required for functional CAD layouts; create 3D CAD software models for development of products. Perform FEA/Thermal related simulations to validate prototype designs. Perform a full life-cycle product/system development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement) Required Experience: 5-10 years of engineering design and integration experience 3-5 years of developing 3D CAD design with Creo CAD Software Must be well versed with ASME & MIL standards Experience working in Windchill to managing data and following design protocols. Experience with integration of military subsystems is a plus Education: BS in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Engineering Technology Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance or currently possess a Secret Clearance.
