Duties will include: Provide technical and analytical expertise for the design, development, installation, and integration of hardware, software, and other system level requirements to provide an integrated IT and telecommunications solutionGuide the analysis and formulation of user requirements, and development of system architectures and specifications, as well as concept of operations documentsDevelop and oversee integrated system test plans, requirements, and strategies for devices and systemsSupport the oversight of overall system level testingRecommend and support alternative approaches, including feasibility studies, as well as process improvement Use good written and verbal communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with other contractor team members and government staff and executives Active TS/SCIBS degree in a computer or system science discipline from an accredited college or university and fourteen (14) years of progressive, relevant experience, or an MS degree in a computer or system science discipline and twelve (12) years of progressive experience, or a Ph.D. degree in a computer or system discipline and seven (7) years of progressive experience.
