Today there are more than 131,000 PAs in the United States and the profession is expected to grow another 37 percent between 2016-2026.About This RoleThis is a growth opportunity for a self-starter who is passionate about marketing strategy and interested in managing marketing campaigns from conception to closure under the guidance of a seasoned professional team.The Marketing Associate manages all efforts to ensure successful development and implementation of marketing plans, creative, and execution of media. Helps manage creative development to ensure all products are delivered on brand, on time and on budget. Ensures tracking and reporting mechanisms are in place to measure success and opportunities for improvement. . S/He will also project manage all facets of day-to-day activity and provide detail monthly reporting and analysis for all efforts.This position interacts on a regular basis with all levels of staff, PA constituent organizations, programs, health care industry, AAPA vendor partners and others. The successful candidate must be able to work collaboratively and exercise relationship management tools to service internal and external clients.Reports to: Senior Marketing ManagerResponsibilitiesAssists in the development, execution, monitoring and evaluation of marketing campaigns and promotions.
