The National Accounts Representative is responsible for identifying strategic opportunities and leads to generate new revenue growth for the Automotive Training Institute, while generating leads for inside sales teams and Re-Engineering package opportunities. The National Accounts Representative will be professional with strong communication skills to source out industry association meetings, trade shows, speaking opportunities and industry events for more exposure to shop owners and potential partners. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: * Coordinate travel to ensure coverage at shows and events. Identify strategic partners and educate them about Automotive Training Institute. * Grow Automotive Training Institute revenue through trade show and event channels. * Build new partner relationships and strengthen existing ones. * Learn about product and service integrations with partners. * Be a source of industry knowledge to Automotive Training Institute associates. * Assist in providing content for newsletters, magazine articles, blogs and SEO content. * Develop new large company accounts by building relationships with key personnel. * Networking within national accounts in order to secure all business opportunities. * Proven track record of bringing in new business and a natural ability to drive sales. * Responsible for finding and engaging with new customers through referrals, networking, and cold calling. * Ability to maintain relationships with existing accounts through office visits, meetings, check-up calls, or follow-up emails. Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Automotive Aftermarket industry experience * Understanding of both the mechanical and collision sides of the industry * Sales skills, phone and in person * Networking and relationship building * Willingness to travel, up to 70% * Overnight weekend travel, 50% * Confident in professional settings and public speaking * Proficient computer skills utilizing Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Experience writing account call reports * Experience using CRM systems including Salesforce * Strong administrative skills * Self-motivated and willingness to work independently Ability to stand and walk for extended periods at a time in a trade show environment * Requires bending, lifting and setting up Trade Show displays. (up to 50 lbs). * Professional dress and appearance SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES * This position has no supervisory responsibilities
