The Vice President, Human Resources will be responsible for building strong consulting relationships with their key business clients to ensure alignment business plans, and objectives. Additionally they will act as a key business partner across all people and organizational matters. This role is located in our HQ in Lanham, MD.Key Role and Responsibilities:Proactively aligns client's HR strategy with their business plans and operational goals globally by advising on all HR general consulting activities including recruiting, talent management, talent development, organizational design, performance management, succession and workforce planning as needed (35%)Supports, advises and executes on organizational change efforts, initiatives or alignments including engaging the HR team SMEs across the relevant disciplines, leading the business teams, analyzing data and making recommendations to ensure best outcome for the business (20%)Acts as a coach, advisor, mentor and business partner to their clients and their clients leadership teams, promoting a high performance culture of accountability and results orientation (20%)Promotes and emulates the 'enterprise talent' mindset across all client groups ensuring that leaders act accordingly (10%)Develops, coaches and mentors their team as well as the broader HR team ensuring relevant HR discipline knowledge is shared proactively as well as setting a strong leadership example (15%)Education and Experience:Bachelors HR/ Org Psychology or related discipline15+ years of HR experience (at least 5+ leadership level)Significant experience working in a sales, call/service center, high volume metric driven environment neededGlobal HR experience highly desiredSignificant HR knowledge and experience at the senior exec levelEQ, excellent verbal and written communication skillsPresentation and political savvy skillsAbility to think strategic but high execution driveOrganizational agility and flexibility
