Responsibilities include:Complete apartment service tickets timely and accuratelyResolve electrical, plumbing and appliance repairResponsiblitiesInstall, service, replace and repair the following items in a responsible and professional manner that meets industry standards as needed by the apartment communityVinyl and ceramic floor coveringWall moldingCaulkingWindow screens and blindsInterior and exterior doorsElectrical circuits, receptacles, breakers, switches and fusesLight fixturesInstallation of Appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, washers and dryersToilets, sinks, vanities and disposalsClean and inspect boiler and storage roomsRodent controlStair treads and cove basingGutters, down spouts and connecting hosesMinor drywall damagesRemoving bulk trash (including appliances)Clearing drains and sewer lines up to 4'Minor PaintingManage vacant apartments by preparing them through the turnover process so apartments are ready to lease for new residents to move inKeep the grounds free of debris and trashProvide excellent customer service to residentsFollow applicable building, county and safety codes/standardsComplete and log all assigned work orders in a timely fashionFollow-up on service requests to assure the highest quality customer satisfaction, and all other duties as may be assigned
