Our platform helps our clients effectively identify individuals with the net worth, income, lifestyle and affinity to become their next top donor or customer.About The RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our fast growing team in our Bethesda, MD office to help drive new sales of our one-of-a-kind SaaS solution within our nonprofit and commercial verticals. This role supports our inside and outside Sales team in generating high qualified leads and new business.If you are highly motived and ready to hustle to drive new sales and looking for the opportunity to eventually grow your role to a full-cycle account executive or outside strategic rep role within our organization, then we want to talk with you right away!Here's What You'll Do Proactively identify qualified leads through research of named accounts and effectively articulate the value proposition of the WealthEngine Platform to WealthEngine prospects Drive new sales growth at the top of our sales funnel by setting high quality meetings for our nonprofit and commercial Sales Executives Manage inbound and outbound activity metrics (calls/emails) to generate pipeline to reach monthly sales targets and contribute to your team's success Master our platform and the sales process through our rigorous product and sales introductory training program Become an industry expert and immerse yourself in the worlds of Big Data and Analytics Effectively present solutions and uncover potential value to prospective accounts Along The Way, You Will Also Assist in content development and execution of targeting marketing campaigns Work in close collaboration with the Strategic Sales Team and Corporate Marketing Participate in company training and professional development opportunities - and also in our parties and picnics! What We're Looking for In You 0-3 years of lead generation or solutions-based sales experience Expertise communicating via phone, email, and webinar Hustle, determination, and a positive attitude Articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and possessing the ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-changing environment Ability to adapt to new situations quickly in a very fast paced industry Excellent written and oral communication skills Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to have major input in defining the success of your role Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field from an accredited, 4-year college or university Perks Competitive base salary and significant opportunity to substantially grow earnings through sales success Medical/Dental/Vision and Flex Spending Account Paid holidays and vacation 401k plan Parking or public transportation travel allowance Lots more!
