A healthcare company has an open position for a Virtual Hospital Inpatient Coder.Candidates will be responsible for the following: Being responsible for accurate coding of all inpatient services, procedures, diagnoses and conditionsWorking from the appropriate documentation in the medical recordWorking with medical coding classification systemsRequired Skills:Minimum of at least 3 years recent experience as an acute hospital coderWork history must include coding for both Inpatient and OPSMust have experience as an acute hospital coder with a level 1 trauma facilityMust hold an active AHIMA certification - CCS, RHIT, and/or RHIA accepted
