Your Work Falls Into Three Primary Categories:

Analysis
  • Assisting in the evaluation of credit risk for proposed loans.
  • Conducting financial analysis and reviewing third party reports to support credit decisions.
  • Working with underwriters to prepare deals for loan approval and preparing loan commitment documents.
  • Working efficiently in Microsoft Office, proprietary data systems and on-line data sources.
  • Applying job knowledge, company policies and principles and critical thinking to complete assigned tasks accurately, completely, independently and in a timely manner.
  • Developing resolutions to problems following specific, detailed procedures.
  • Possess good understanding of credit policy and procedures and the ability to apply knowledge to various product types and facilitate an efficient execution.

Due Diligence
  • Performing due diligence to ensure the accuracy of submitted documentation.
  • Conducting research as necessary and reporting results to supervisors and above.

Communication
  • Communicating daily by telephone and in writing with internal business partners as well as external customers.
  • Assisting in the preparation of internal and external presentations and documents.


Qualifications

  • Typically has 2 to 4 years of directly related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Community Development or related discipline
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel domestically on occasion
