The infrastructure tools department is responsible for administering and managing a portfolio of Information Technology tools used by the enterprise. The application support, senior, would be responsible for effective design, delivery, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software and related infrastructure.This individual will be primarily accountable for back-end server/appliance infrastructure and Administration and infrastructure maintenance of tools such as IBM Sterling Integrator/File gateway and Web Service Gateway products such IBM Data Power, Google Apigee or similar CA products. The candidate will be assisting the team in developing and delivering new system enhancements as well as remediating existing production bugs and issues.
The ideal candidate will also be a full-stack B2B services administrator with a passion for making tools and services fast and reliable. Come join our team if you take pride in solving hard engineering

Your Work Enables Business Users and Falls into Two Categories:

  • Analyze and implement optimal file transfer solutions based on business requirement.
  • Create partner profile and channel configurations in FileGateway.

  • Co-ordinate with internal and external partners during partner on-boarding process.
  • Create custom business processes and channel templates to meet specific application file transfer needs.
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
  • Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Apply patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary


  • 5+ years of experience in IBM Sterling File Transfer products
  • Advanced knowledge in administration and management of IBM Sterling File Gateway, IBM Sterling Secure proxy, IBM Control center and IBM Sterling External Authentication.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
