Process Manager, CSBT Chief of Staff Team Join the Talent Team as part of the Chief of Staff Business Management Office for Card & Small Business Technology (CSBT). Its an exciting time to be in Technology, especially Card & Small Business Tech, as we transform the way we do business and deliver effortless digital experiences to our customers. The Chief of Staff office drives horizontal key initiatives that support ~2300 associates across multiple geographies and five business domains. This Process Manager position will have focus in the talent space. We oversee and/or drive sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, recognition, engagement, learning and development initiatives for our professional and campus associates. Our open position will be keenly focused on driving recruiting and learning and development initiatives. Key responsibilities in this space include: Build close and collaborative partnerships with multiple HR partners including HR Consultants (HRC), Recruiting, Enterprise D&I Team, Tech Events, Tech Selection, Tech College, Capital One University (COU), etc Encourage a culture of recruiting within CSBT (sourcing and referrals) In partnership with HR/Recruiting, identify the best sourcing channels and strategy for open roles to ensure a healthy candidate pipeline Forecast and monitor sourcing and recruiting activities and performance Ensure selection process is well resourced and adhered to Partner with Tower level champions to drive recruiting strategy Onboard new managers to the recruiting process Maintain recruiting reports and dashboards for leadership reviews Consult with leaders and be a thought partner for COU/Tech College on training needs (business needs, gaps, major initiatives, etc.) Curate existing training offers to manageable paths to support needed objectives/goals Elevate and support People Leader Training program as well as other development programs Serve as an escalation point for COU/Tech College for associate engagement Maintain training reporting and dashboards for leadership reviews Heres what we believe will help you be successful in this role: Genuinely care about our associates and their success Exceptional communication skills Collaborative, team player attitude with ability to navigate and influence across levels internally and external to our organization Track record of defining strategy, creating advocacy/alignment and being accountable for outcomes Blend of strategic and tactical thinking to balance overall objectives and priorities with needs and logistics Solid project and program management skills Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track performance, and drive decision making Entrepreneurial ability to identify and prioritize opportunities in ambiguous contexts Manage workload of multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal direction and supervision Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree or military experience At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Process Management At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
