Anlyze/design/dev/deploy/ lead time-phased plans using struc & OOL incl C#, DB design-admin, 1-2- 3-tier archs, domain des, artifact creations. Rep tech change thru corp governance. Review sys capacity, workflow, sched. Build communic among teams deploying client-facing & internal apps. Monitor status, Rept analysis applics vs proj goals. Eval workload, IT INFRA, feasibility. Proj Repts, Documentation Min Req: Bach/foreign equiv CS, IS or close field + 5 yrs exp (or MS+3 yrs). Exp must incl 2 yrs at tech lead level & be in Job; or Prog-Analyst, Sol Des, Appl Dev, SW Engr.
