Salesforce Scrum MasterBethesda, MD.Candidates must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (green Card)Leading Path consulting is searching for a dedicated and passionate Salesforce Scrum Master for a contract opportunity supporting our client in Bethesda, MD.ResponsibilitiesThis position requires a dynamic leader that can oversee an Agile project and run scrum meetings. The person who fills this role should be a mid-senior level, certified Scrum Master that can adjust their style to meet the dynamic challenges of aggressive software development. The Scrum Master will be responsible for sprint planning, retrospectives, running daily / weekly stand-up meetings, sending out notes and action items.From a day-to-day perspective, the Scrum Master shall be responsible for Working with the client lead to strategically improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Agile processes. Responsible for managing a SCRUM team via SCRUM processes. Facilities backlog grooming, sprint planning, and resource tasking. Facilities communication between Product Owner and delivery teams. Ensures proper adherence to SCRUM methodologies. Plans and executes against various SCRUM ceremonies as needed by team. Facilities daily scrum ensures blockers are communicated. Provides various metrics on SCRUM performance, including velocity and burn down charts. RequirementsRequired Skills 10 - 15 years of overall IT Project experience in Agile environments. Current hands-on experience leading Agile teams in a Scrum Master role to implement Salesforce application. 3 + years of Salesforce Experience. 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment. Ability to manage daily stand-up meeting and creating Epics. Hand-on experience setting up and configuring Jira. 3+ years of experience running sprint planning and retrospectives. 2+ years of participating in short term and long-term release planning (road map management). Thorough understanding of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) The ability to identify and eliminate road blocks that team members may encounter during a sprint Must be able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience. Scrum Master Certification preferred. Big 4 consulting experience is highly preferred.
