Published Date: 2019-05-10 Type: RTM Location: Quantico, VA Scope: The Sponsor seeks expertise in the analysis, research and drafting of Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs). Functional Duties/Responsibilities: Plan, document and tracks deliverables to provide end-to-end project management support through the RTM development life cycle; demonstrate a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of systems or subsystems; Coordinate with team members and across projects to ensures problem solution, appropriate risk reduction, and user satisfaction; research and evaluate relevant documentation, such as the Operations Concept and the Capabilities Development Document: assist with developing and maintaining detailed schedules for assigned projects to include tracking status of all project activities against the master schedule baseline; assist in the preparation and delivery of formal and informal briefings that demonstrate the depth of understanding of the task at hand and that provide information about proposed solutions or alternatives for satisfying the task requirements. Required Education: BS Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or applicable engineering or science field. Required Experience: 10 years of progressive functional experience related to the technical area in a professional work environment. Experience working with DoD agencies. Understanding and experience working with the Joint Capabilities and Development System (JCIDS); Requirements Decomposition; Requirements Traceability related to DoD acquisitions programs and overarching requirements. Ability to lead meetings attended by government and industry personnel. Experience working with/using DOORS. Preferred Experience: Experience working with Integrated Master Schedules. DAWIA Level II certification (or civilian equivalent) in engineering or test. Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance; or ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance within 90 days of hire date.
