Role Summary/Purpose: The Transfer Pricing and Commercial Tax Director is responsible for all aspects of transfer pricing for GE Digital, and commercial tax matters. The Director will partner with the GE Digital Finance functions (including Global Ops) and external advisors. The Director will also partner closely with tax colleagues within Digital and Corporate Tax. Essential Responsibilities: Essential Responsibilities: * Develop and implement comprehensive worldwide processes and procedures to manage intercompany transactions * Monitor intercompany transactions, including management of intercompany agreement documentation and intercompany invoices processes * Leading interactions with GE Digital's commercial teams and development of Digital commercial delivery strategies while ensuring US and non-US taxes are appropriately considered, including withholding taxes, VAT, State and Local Taxes * Develop and drive implementation of the Go-To-Market strategy for GE Digital * Manage and review all master and local country files. Manage any separate county related reporting * Apply transfer pricing principles in developing practical approaches to various business initiatives * Work cross functionally and across teams to drive transfer pricing compliance and support commercial initiatives * Providing Tax Audit support on transfer pricing issues for both US and non-US jurisdictions, including analyzing local financials, preparing responses to IDRs, anticipating areas of potential controversy based on knowledge of the market etc. * Partner to implement tax initiatives and drive simplification and process improvements Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in accounting, tax or finance * Masters of Taxation and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification * Minimum 8 to 10 years of tax experience in major accounting firm or multinational companyEligibility Requirements: * Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
