The Human Resources Director coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through the organization; reports to the EVP and serves as a Department Head; and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.. Leads company's compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal requirements including any related to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), the Americans With. Specific Skills/Qualifications:. Bachelor's degree required. Eight or more years of HR experience required.
