Provides vision, leadership and direction to all Bethesda Health nursing and patient care operations. Responsible to develop, organize, evaluate and implement activities for specific system wide patient care operations. Evaluates the effectiveness of nursing care and staff development. Keeps informed of nursing care trends, new technology, and related development.. Qualifications Graduate of an approved School of Nursing and Florida Nursing license required. Masters Degree in Nursing required. Ten years of health care exp with a minimum of five years in progressive management positions. As Chief Nursing Officer, responsible for patient care services for Bethesda Hospital East and Bethesda Hospital West to provide the highest level of quality patient care in a cost-effective manner.
