Located in Washington, DC.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Define, plan, design, and evaluate information security systems with the following:Serve as technical SME and a team lead for creating security engineering solutions for and implement Risk Management Framework (RMF) security controls Perform requirements analysis, design, and integration for complex software applications and collaboration infrastructures Conduct assessment testing and reporting in accordance with the RMF and NIST 800-53; identifies deficiencies (POA&M) and provides recommendations for solutions Participate in the change management process, and assess security impact of proposed changes Prepare security plans, conducts Continuous Monitoring, and prepares RMF paperwork to ensure all systems ATOs are maintainedWrite implementation and design documents with test plans describing how security features are implementedPosition Requirements:Design and implement an encryption solution for workstations and the datacenter environment Design and implement a two-factor authentication solution for general and privileged users Requires Bachelors degree or equivalent in the fields of mathematics, telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science and 10 -13 years related experience; or Masters degree with 7-9 years of experience Requires CISSP or CISM; DoD 8140 certification (IAT LEVEL III)Requires Splunk Certification Desired MCSE, VCP-DV, or other applicable OS certificationExperience implementing and engineering encryption and/or key management solutions Must possess excellent analytical skills and be capable of quantifying risk to enterprise systems and level of compliance with security policy Experience with modern Microsoft and VMware technologies IT system engineering background with experience in VMware and Windows technology Experience in engineering secure VMware technology including the following: vSphere, vRealize, vSAN, VDI, other VMware suite products, Juniper with other products being a plus Experience with assessment testing, RMF, information assurance tools, DoD STIG, and vulnerability assessment ACAS experience Splunk Experience Experience implementing multi-factor authentication US valid drivers licenseSecurity Clearance requirements:US Citizenship required with a TS clearance #LI-CW1 Degrees: See Qualifications Skills: Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure,Ability to use MS Office,Ability to use PC,Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills,Interpersonal and People Skills,Leadership Skills,Listening Skills,MultiTasking Ability,Oral and Written Communication Skills,Organizational Skills,Presentation Skills using Powerpoint ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
