RESPONSIBILITIES Job Information CSS has an opportunity for an energetic self-starter Manager Business Intelligence to join the fast paced CSS Business Intelligence team. The Business Intelligence Manager has experience managing the system development lifecycle and solution analysis in order to make an immediate impact in the delivery of the Common Securitization Platform, a highly visible software development effort in the Financial Services industry. The Business Intelligence Manager has hands-on experience in project management, support model, analysis, data, metrics and Agile project execution; and able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and changing business and technical environment. They are an eager and engaged leader who enjoys the challenge of delivering results amid changes, uncertainty or ambiguity. Key Job Functions Manage the development and maintenance of Business Intelligence Reports for Internal and external stakeholders. Provide technical and team leadership and management for CSS's business intelligence team supporting the Chief Information Officer's organization. Lead business intelligence platform integration and maintenance, defining and building reports and dashboards; Create KPI's, KRI's and dashboards used by key organizational players including senior Staff to make key business decisions. Insight development and analysis: organizing and analyzing business information that provide strategic direction and council to internal and external stakeholders; Ability to convey this information in a way that inspire our key stakeholders to act with strategies that support strategic initiatives. Identifying, sizing and prioritizing business opportunities for improvement through analytics. Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement solutions that meet their needs, while making sure the priorities for your team are properly aligned to business needs. Analyze, define, and document system and/or business requirements, and technical design documents for data, workflow, logical processes, and interfaces with other systems, internal and external processes. Manage the daily operations, scrum stand ups and coordination to support solutions and be able to manage multiple requests concurrently. Develop/Maintain data integrity and Master Data Management. Empower members of your team to grow their skillset and advance their career goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational and project management skills. QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelors degree in related field Minimum Experience Minimum of 8 years related business analysis experience Minimum of 2 years with people management Working knowledge of Agile project delivery methods, tools and concepts. Hands-on experience in project management, support model, analysis, data, and metrics Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship currently or in the future. Being able to analyze the data is crucial. Ability to identify data trends and recommend solutions for creating Experience working with applications such as the following is preferred: Azure, AWS, PowerBI, MS Stack, SQL/NoSQL, Historians, SQL Server, MongoDB, PI Server Extensive knowledge of business processes, strategic planning, and systems architecture; Mortgage industry experience is a plus Securitization and or Secondary Mortgage background not required but considered an asset. Working knowledge of Agile project delivery methods, tools and concepts. Highly organized, motivated and solution oriented. Well-rounded interpersonal skills and experience working with cross functional teams. Strong communication skills; comfortable presenting to C level executives Thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a fluid environment with competing deadlines.
