The Sales Director is responsible for building success by identifying, qualifying and selling prospects on the value of TripleLift. This role will be focused on prospecting and nurturing both holding company and client direct business in the Mid-Atlantic region with a heavy emphasis on the Political market. You will be responsible for establishing a solid framework of understanding TripleLift, creating an actionable plan of execution for account prioritization, leverage existing relationships to begin proselytizing for native programmatic advertising and to ultimately sell TripleLift products and solutions to advertisers. The best candidate brings relationships with her or him to the table, and they are comfortable presenting at both a tactical and strategic level; all the while evangelizing, educating and influencing at both the agency and client.. Develop and execute against Political market strategy. Leverage political network to drive consideration for TripleLift leading up to and during the political season. Establish and nurture client direct relationships with priority accounts. Engage, strategize, and cultivate relationships with senior level contacts within the holding company. Provide thought leadership on region and Political marketplace. Exemplify established processes and best practices within the region (operational excellence, communication, and overall conduct on managing business). Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan. Maintain proper adherence to company standards for data entry/utilization. Assess potential business deals, through RFP response and pursue proactive opportunities via strategic partnerships. Desired Skills and Attributes:. Solid understanding of digital advertising, DSP's, programmatic, and general sales process. Proven track record of sales success, achieving goals, managing to a number. Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations. Comfortable taking ownership of projects and showcasing key accomplishments. Strives for continued learning opportunities to build upon craft. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Superior analytical skills and a firm grasp of their customer's needs. Ability to work individually and collaboratively. Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced start-up environment. Extremely strong and demonstrable work ethic. Education Requirement:. Bachelor's Degree.
