Perspecta is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories Responsibilities Provides operational and staff support to antiterrorism, force protection and emergency management programs, including Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP), Continuity of Government (COG) Plans, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE) Plans, the Shelter-in Place (SIP) Programs, and other programs as required. Conducts risk management activities by systematically identifying, assessing, and managing risks arising from operational factors and making recommendations to the government to enable decisions that balance risk and cost with mission benefits. Develops, and recommends to the government, Anti-Terrorism / Force Protection (AT/FP) policies and procedures to include AT plans, AT/FP Standard Operating Procedures and appropriate security measures. Prepares formal plans, procedures, risk and vulnerability assessments, reviews and assessments of protection profile requirements and capabilities. Collaborates with internal and external counterparts and agencies. Represents AT/FP management functions in various meetings, engagements, and activities with internal and external agencies. Qualifications Credentials as a Certified Anti-Terrorism Specialist (CAS) or Certified Master Anti-Terrorism Specialist (CMAT) is desired A working knowledge and understanding of the Intelligence Community (IC), DoD, and NGA. ?Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills (including but not limited to: correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation, vocabulary, etc.). Be able to execute work independently and as a team member. Demonstrate good interpersonal skills - using tact, patience and courtesy. Be skilled in using the Microsoft (R)Office suite (eg, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Options
