How you'll make a difference: As the Director of Omnichannel Merchandising, you will be the champion for our exceptional merchandise assortment - ensuring that we connect the right products with the right customers through every touch point - every time. You will develop and execute a powerful strategy to activate our assortment thereby increasing satisfaction, conversion, and lifetime value for our customers. You'll lead and develop an Activation team and report to the VP of Merchandising. This game-changing role demands highly effective collaboration with other Merchandising leaders and partners in Marketing, Technology (UX, Product Management, Engineering), Sales, and Retail. What you'll do: The products we make available to our customers are the foundation for their expression, creativity, and sometimes representative of their own unique brands. It'll be your job to connect them with the perfect gear and to do that you'll: * Leverage your left and right brain agility to develop sound business cases, creative solutions, and exciting activation strategies across all omni-channel touch points * Analyze & prioritize activation opportunities based on industry & consumer insights, conversion trends and merchandise priorities (partnership with Merchandise Development) * Plan & lead the execution of supporting initiatives in coordination with internal partners * Collaborate with Marketing teams to translate product priorities & stories into compelling content that is effectively utilized across promotional channels (including digital, social, tv & video, direct mail, PR) * Collaborate with Technology teams to improve site conversion through experience improvements in taxonomy, navigation and product presentation Collaborate with Sales to develop and deliver customized training plans, materials and tools to empower our various sales teams * Collaborate with Retail team to develop a scalable and impactful approach to store merchandising * Analyze satisfaction & conversion patterns across touch points in order to identify & prioritize opportunities for improvement Help develop annual and quarterly objectives and key results aligned with organizational objectives Work collaboratively with highly engaged cross functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers and shared accountability for results Build a highly satisfied and high performing team through effective team engagement, leadership development and skill building Model what it means to be a leader at Custom Ink - a passion for developing and empowering teams while role modeling candor with care.
