Riveron is looking for a Solution Manager focused on Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software to join our Business Performance Improvement practice in Dallas. This client-facing role will be challenged in three areas; business development and sales, practice development, and project execution and quality assurance on CPM software engagements. The Solution Manager will work side-by-side our Strategy team members in leading multiple client projects ranging from software selection, implementations or optimizations, integrations, and technical support. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven implementation background and the willingness to serve as a leader through business development and sales as well as practice development. Responsibilities: The Solution Manager will be responsible for three key areas: Business Development/Sales Lead pre-sales meetings with prospective clients to assess project scope, identify business problem and facilitate software selection Build partnership with CPM sales representatives and identify business development opportunities Respond to RFPs and assist in Statement of Work (SOW) development Engage the CPM to conduct client demos and act as liaison before and during software negotiation Build rapport and relationships to identify further business opportunities at current and past clients Project Execution Collaborate with Strategy team members to develop effective CPM solutions Work directly with Strategy team members to develop business requirements and translate requirements into specific CPM functionality Lead workshops to define implementation strategy Lead implementation team(s) in executing project plan Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, training, and project reviews for engagements Conduct project status meetings to update and manage key stakeholders CPM Practice Development Work with practice leadership to develop CPM-specific training, business development training Build internal collateral, CPM project methodology and engagement materials/templates Conduct demos and workshops to educate practice members Participate in recruiting and screening potential candidates Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS) At least 3+ distinct project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, Host Analytics, Adaptive Insights, and/or OneStream 5+ years of implementation or optimization of Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, Host Analytics, and/or OneStream Experience with VB.net or Visual Basic and business rule writing Deep understanding of consolidated core financial statements Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting processes and procedures (financial close, financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting, account reconciliation, etc.) Have a solid understanding of delivery methodology and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture Experience in project and solution estimation and team structure definition Experience leading customer workshop sessions to educate customers on the latest technology trends and best practices Willingness to travel - Could be 50%+ travel annually Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and data modelling Strong verbal, written and communication skills Ability to lead engagement, manage key executive relationships and work independently
