Healthcare Future Requirements Analyst
Key Role:

Support new requirements for the Defense Health Management System (DHMS) program that are beyond the baseline MHS client system. Develop and support the future and new requirements division with program management and team administration. Shepherd new requirements and capabilities through the acquisition process to alignment for future releases. Provide strong project administration, working with a team and across the DHMS PMO to communicate the priorities, risks, opportunities, and issues of the division's main initiatives. Leverage expertise in cost, schedule, risk management, status communication, and status development, tasker tracking, and SharePoint administration. Work to facilitate events and manage meetings.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience in a project management role

-Experience in the military or civil healthcare field

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree and 5+ years of experience in a professional environment or MA or MS degree and 2+ years of experience in a professional environment

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the DoD preferred

-Knowledge of a variety of the military healthcare field's concepts, practices, and procedures

-Ability to be hard charging, well-organized, and display exceptional attention to detail

-Ability to work and communicate with PMO, vendor, and stakeholders effectively

-Possession of excellent judgement skills
