Experience with the software development life cycle; specifically testing and validation. You will review and analyze source code through manual and automated manners to identify code weaknesses and vulnerabilities. Findings will be documented and mitigation actions will be presented. You will conduct quality assurance testing to determine if developed software is meeting specified requirements. This work will be conducted along side a more senior developer/tester but opportunity will be given for you to independently test and document results. You will conduct scientific and engineering activities that protect and defend information and information systems by ensuring their availability, integrity, and confidentiality. You will be an active participant in ensuring cybersecurity requirements are baked into the system development lifecycle. Good communication and writing skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
