Job Description: Job Description: Within XSCHOOL the Sales and Marketing Manager is expected to be extremely active in building a community around XSCHOOL. You will be tasked with developing the XSCHOOL brand, attracting the parents, children and investors that are central to the development of each XSCHOOL campus. You will also be closely involved with the CEO and operations team in delivering presentations, creating events and building multiple channels to connect with our clients and building our client base in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. We demand a lot from our sales and marketing personnel, you are a Connector and Visionary. Creating loyalty, positive relationships and word-of-mouth is central to our schools. Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate your views and vision as well as your expectations for action using succinct, direct and readily understandable language. There is a high level of communications involved in this position and the ability to build relationships with clients, coworkers and the wider community is of fundament importance. Core Responsibilities: Develop brand development strategies and plans according to the core concepts of XSCHOOL including; domestic STEAM+ education, market analysis, user research and brand positioning. Develop monthly, quarterly and annual promotional and project plans for the developing the brand, including public relations, advertising, online and offline activities, channel promotion, brand design and packaging, brand content marketing, industry (same/different industry) cooperation and so on. Plan and coordinate branding and marketing activities for XSCHOOL's operational and business objectives in SZX and HKG. Develop and maintain business, community and investor relations. Build, maintain and expand our marketing channels. Be responsible for budgeting and cost control of brand related activities such as; promotions, public relations, events, marketing, etc. Be responsible for the building of our marketing team, setting work targets and task descriptions, as well as developing effective incentives. You will train and lead the team to effective completion of tasks and reaching targets. Requirements: This is a bilingual role, strong proficiency in spoken and written English is required. Minimum 3 years in a marketing management role. Minimum 6 years or more of sales and marketing experience. Bachelor degree or above. Compensation: Basic Salary + Sales Commission %, Performance bonus Basic Salary: RMB 13-20 K/month Benefits: 10 days paid annual leave. Social welfare and medical insurance coverage.
