TRACE is a dynamic and growing company in Annapolis, Maryland, that provides practical and cost-effective anti-bribery compliance solutions for multinational companies and their commercial intermediaries. TRACE is seeking a temporary Technical Support Assistant to work in its Annapolis office this summer assisting our online training team. This is an hourly position, Monday - Friday. The ideal candidate should be very tech savvy with a background in technical support (prior knowledge of learning management systems a plus but not required). The ideal candidate should have a strong technical knowledge of computer software, be comfortable working with data and spreadsheets and possess excellent attention to detail. This exciting role offers learning opportunities for a motivated and well-organized recent college graduate. Responsibilities: Assist the Online Training team in performing various tasks as part of our Learning Management System (LMS) transition including but not limited:File/course data review (in SQL, CSV and SCORM formats)File migration and conversionData collating and organization Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, instructional design, or another related field of study (or student in final year of coursework in attainment of)Online training/LMS experience a plusWork effectively and collaboratively in a team environmentWorking knowledge of computer programming software, web composition and multimedia software packagesLiterate in HTML, CSS, XML, and/or SQL Query languageMastery of Microsoft of Excel and proficiency with the remainder of the Microsoft Office suite Ability to stay on task and work independently while being flexible to shift tasks/priorities quicklyAbility to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing Provide assistance in addressing and responding to various technical issuesUnderstand and behave with a high level of integrity and complete confidentiality at all timesWorking knowledge of course authoring software and tools (ie Articulate 360) and learning management systems a plus but not required Qualified candidates should send a resume and cover letter to: careers@traceinternational.org for consideration.
