We are seeking an aggressive salesperson to help spearhead our growth in the Rockville market. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical, active role in the day-to-day operations of a center.The responsibilities required of this role include but are not limited to: Perform a high volume of warm calls to potential customers (must have excellent phone sales and the ability to complete a one-call close) Engage and consult incoming customers, both in-person and over the phone, to successfully generate and close sales Effectively establish and maintain customer relationships Consistently meet/exceed established sales targets Service recommendations Workflow management Ideal Fit Entry level to 1-year sales or professional experience A strong interest in building a career in sales Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills and organizational skills, decisive and result oriented who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment Strong technical aptitude (must be able to pick up priority software quickly) We Offer Competitive compensation package Paid time off Ongoing, topnotch industry training and field support
