Maven Strategies, LLC is seeking a Project Manager (Management Consultant) with at least 7 years of professional experience for a potential DHS client. This position will require an ACTIVE DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) decision/ DHS Suitability Clearance. Client Engagement:Manage relationships with team members, clients, and other consultants;Develop Project Management-related methodologies and strategies;Manage all phases of the project lifecycle;Develop project artifacts (including charters, plans, procedures, policy, reports);Develop project status briefings and status reports;Design, develop, and manage project plans, project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource plans;Design, facilitate, and manage senior executive level meetings;Develop strategies and identify solutions for business/ customer process improvement areas;Create detailed communications plans and internal/ external strategies;Manage internal SharePoint sites and other data repositories; Other duties as assigned Corporate Growth:Support the development of new corporate growth strategies, capture management, and proposal writing;Identify new work opportunities within existing client(s);Manages and maintains relationships with teaming partners and clients;Facilitate the development of internal operating procedures for employee development and strategic planning Desired Skills:Bachelor's degree in business, communications, information technology, or a related field;Project Management Professional (PMP), or other industry certification desired;Consulting experience required, with a least seven + years direct project management, business strategy, change management, business process reengineering experience;Familiarity with MS Office Suite, MS Project, MS SharePoint, Ms. Dynamics, and other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software;Strong understanding of government contracting, procurement/ acquisition processes, and stakeholder engagements;Proactive attitude and self-starter; ability to think outside of the box Maven Strategies, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides equal opportunity employment to all qualified candidates and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, creed, color, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental disability, national origin, veteran status or any other basis covered by appropriate law.
