Communicates and follows up with clients about specific projects, their goals, and deliverables 2. Negotiates contract agreements 3. Prepares written estimates for clients based on labor, materials, equipment, subcontracts and other expenses 4. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis 5. Visit project sites to evaluate progress and to respond to clients concerns or questions 6. Coordinates with suppliers and vendors to ensure our construction teams have the materials they need 7. Communicates with site superintendents about delays and any other issues that must be communicated to clients 8. Responsible for maintaining an elevated level of professionalism with clients, vendors and colleagues; works to establish a positive working relationship 9. Drives throughout service area while following all local laws 10. Operates vehicles and other equipment safely; adheres to safety protocols; reports hazards and risks; behavior contributes to a safe and secure working environment Competencies: 1. Technical capacity-preferably mechanical knowledge 2. Customer focus 3. Excellent communication skills 4. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 5. Intermediate knowledge of CRM software 6. Valid drivers license in good standing Desired Technical Knowledge: 1. Understanding of power distribution 2. Familiar with remote power panels and buss distribution systems 3. Familiar with uninterruptable power systems 4. Understanding of low voltage system components 5. Understanding of low voltage system architecture 6. Understanding of general construction requirements 7. Understanding of mechanical equipment, installation, and operation 8. Familiar with permitting process 9. Familiar with white space design and operation 10. Familiar with data center design and operation requirements Travel: 1.
