Description : A registered professional nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care for assigned patients on a specific shift worked. Coordinator of the nursing plan of care as well as carrying out physician orders and nursing standards of care using the nursing process. Also directs and guides other members of the patient care team. The Float Pool RN will be assigned to different units based on staffing needs, Day Shift 7am-7pm. Potential assignment areas: Inpatient (Medical, PCU, Skilled, Rehab, Joint, Behavioral Health), ICU, ED, Nursing Supervision, and other units per organizational needs.
