Client Solutions Specialist
Cisive is seeking a talented, motivated individual to join our Client Solutions team. This position can be located out our New York, Georgia or Tulsa offices. At Cisive, our clients receive top quality service and our Client Solutions staff ensure service is delivered accurately and in a timely manner. In this critical role, the Client Solutions Specialist is responsible for translating customer needs into documented requirements and delivered solutions. The Client Solutions Specialist works closely with other internal stakeholders to provide consultation and documentation on client needs and execute on them in our internal systems by performing system configuration and quality assurance testing. The Client Solutions Specialist also produces requirements for our Client Development team and performs testing functions on their work before releasing to the customer. This is a unique role, balancing technical needs, meeting project requirements and ensuring clients receive superior service. This position plays an important role in executing projects for both new and existing clients and ensuring our client's user experience is flawless. Principle duties of Client Solutions Specialist include : Translating new and existing client requirements into a flawless technical solution by working closely with other internal stakeholders to meet client deliverables from an end product and timeline perspective. Utilizing technical and project management skills to ensure the systems are configured appropriately and on time. Conducting Quality Assurance testing of the system configuration and workflow properties and ensure all specifications are met, including documentation of all testing conducted. Creating client-facing user guides and training new client users on new/customized features upon request. Success in this role requires a strong attention to detail and focus coupled with the ability to take ownership of a task and see it through to completion. Position Requirements include : Associates or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably handling internal system issues. Demonstrated Project Management experience strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Prior project management experience and technical documentation/QA experience. Demonstrated analytical abilities. Prior experience utilizing Salesforce, TargetProcess or similar ticketing system required. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high volume environment with critical deadlines. Ability to work independently to ensure work is completed, but also work well within a team to ensure team objectives are being met.
