Security Cooperation Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation Program Manager
Key Role:

Provide support for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the US Air Force's security cooperation assessment, monitoring, and evaluation program. Assist the Air Force client with the implementation of the DoD's Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation Policy for the Security Cooperation Enterprise. Support the identification and development of required USAF-specific AM&E expertise and training. Support the development and execution of an assessment and monitoring program for USAF security cooperation activities that informs SC management decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience with demonstrated effectiveness and success in assessment, monitoring, and evaluation

-Knowledge of security cooperation, international affairs, security assistance, and foreign military sales, including the processes, legislation, and players

-Knowledge of the Air Force client's roles and relationship towards the security cooperation community

-Knowledge of the US Air Force's roles and missions, security cooperation planning, and security cooperation activity management

-Ability to support the development and implementation of the Global Theater Security Cooperation Management Information System (G-TSCMIS)

-Ability to travel to each Geographic Combatant Command one time per year

-Secret clearance

-MA or MS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to work efficiently and effectively with any version of the Microsoft Office Suite software applications in day-to-day researching, writing, coordination, and revision of communications materials, including briefings and talking points, following the standards outlined in USAF Handbook 33-337, Tongue and Quill

-Ability to read, write, and communicate professionally and effectively across the civilian and military spectrum from the Action Officer to the General Officer/Flag Officer

-MA or MS degree in Operations Research preferred
