Human Capital Analyst
Key Role:

Leverage knowledge of human capital strategy, diversity and inclusion strategy, and analytical techniques to evaluate all aspects of organizational supply and demand across the employee life cycle. Assess trends and gaps and produce analyses aimed at driving organizational decision making, influencing organizational change, and improving productivity. Comprehend the business needs of various Booz Allen business leaders and Centers of Excellence regarding their team's analytics needs and propose solutions. Work on the design and development of data visualizations using established knowledge, best practices, and standards. Collaborate with others and establish working relationships. Communicate effectively across a highly-matrixed organization and at different levels, think and act strategically, and influence key leaders.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with supporting various human capital functions, including human capital strategy, workforce planning and analytics, diversity and inclusion, recruiting, employee engagement and retention, and performance management

-2+ years of experience in working with data and human capital systems and technologies

-Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

-Ability to translate business needs into practical applications and solutions

-Ability to apply excellent customer focus and management of client expectations

-Ability to leverage expertise in facilitation and presentation

-Ability to work as a collaborative team player and independently in a rapidly changing environment

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience with hands-on development of dashboards and standard template reports

-Experience with working in diversity and inclusion programs

-Experience with statistical methods and software, including SPSS

-Experience with hypothesis-driven research in a social science, business, or other applied environment

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree
