Logistics Analyst, Planner, and Instructor, Senior
Key Role:

Deliver the managerial and instructional focus necessary to conduct logistics analyst and planning functions and customized classroom training. Manage qualified staff consisting of management, instructors, and other support to lead the training programs at naval schoolhouses and fleet training centers. Prepare and deliver progress reports, monthly reports, and white papers. Teach Advanced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) subjects to a foreign Navy client. Deliver lectures in subjects supporting the Advanced Logistics set of courses to mid and senior grade foreign officers. Support course curriculum preparation through review and update of existing topic presentation materials and study guides. Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on foreign Navy supply processes and provide instruction assistance to local supply organization personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience as a US Navy Supply Officer or US Navy Senior Enlisted

-Experience with military logistics or supply operations systems

-Experience with training and curriculum development

-Experience with schoolhouse situations, including delivering classroom lectures and leading seminars and instructional presentations

-Experience with instructional design

-Knowledge of Navy Training Management theories, policies, principles, procedures, and techniques

-Knowledge of academic instruction in a classroom setting, including delivering and managing training in a formal military environment

-Ability to interface with mid and senior grade foreign officers

-BA or BS degree in Education or Military Training Specialist Certification and 5 years of experience with instructing students in military programs
