Job Details
As a member of the Department of Information Technology (DIT), SAP Competency Center, works in a team environment to implement and administer Identity Management, Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), Security Role and Authorizations for ERP systems and ensures enterprise-wide operations performance and resiliency. Duties include:
- Assesses needs, deploys, administers and provides support for various Identity Management related systems to include integration with the county's Enterprise Resource Planning systems, Active Directory, multi-function device systems, emergency management notification system and additional integrated systems/processes.
- Participates in internal and third-party security assessments and audits that require interaction with agencies to remediate discovered system vulnerabilities related to user access and control.
- Directly supports DIT and agency analysts with user management activities and coordinates daily with other DIT divisions as well as agency information security coordinators and IT analysts; responds to agency inquiries; coordinates activities with external divisions and entities; and acts as general technical and operation advisor on behalf of the SAP Competency Center in matters related to identity management, governance risk and compliance, security role and authorizations for the ERP solution.
Employment Standards
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Any combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree in a computer or information science discipline, IT/cyber security, network or IT systems administration, engineering; or a bachelor's degree in a business or related field that has been supplemented by at least 24 credit hours of intermediate computer science coursework; plus two years of experience in information security systems, network, or cyber security work.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES REQUIRED:
Not applicable.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Two or more years of experience working with an Identity Management Solution. Five or more years of experience working with SAP. Five or more years of experience with SAP/HCM. Two years of experience working with Active Directory Users and Groups.
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
The appointee to the position must satisfactorily complete a criminal background check.
Must be able to work extended hours in support of operational, maintenance, emergency support and project requirements.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work is generally sedentary performed in a normal work environment. All duties performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
