Job Summary/Company:

  • Build and manage strong working relationships with hiring managers to identify the best candidates.
  • Develop meaningful and helpful relationships with candidates to support their recruitment and onboarding experience.
  • Reviews resumes, phone screen using behavioral interview techniques, evaluate candidates for consideration and hire.
  • Manage and direct the interview, selection, offer negotiations, hiring process and on-boarding.
  • Keep abreast of market trends to educate and advise hiring managers on policies, benefits and salary equity, on-boarding & assimilation, work friendly programs and competitive best practices
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • At least 3 years experience working in a HR or Recruiting capacity
  • SHRM certification preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Proficient with ATS system (workday, iCIMS, Taleo)
