Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group has partnered with a growing CRO who is seeking to add a new member to their HR team. If you have 2 years of HR and/or recruting experience and are ready to start a new career then please apply. If you have additional questions, call 301-926-7800.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment cycle for all positions, including understanding the job requirements, posting ads, screening resumes, conducting phone screens and managing interview schedules
  • Manage and improve recruitment strategy with universities, associations, LinkedIn and social media
  • Create a robust pipeline of candidates while cultivating relationships with candidates
  • Coordinate onboarding process to ensure a smooth process
  • Provide general support to the HR department by fielding employee questions, managing HRIS and personnel actions, and help plan and participate in corporate events
  • Assist with special projects such as salary surveys, annual performance reviews, employee engagement etc.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Self-driven
  • 2-4 Years' Relevant Experience
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices
  • Experience sourcing candidates through social media, networking and university relationships
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of the health care industry, physical therapy recruiting a plus
