Marketing and Client Relations Coordinator

The Morrell-Roth Team of Washington Fine Properties is consistently ranked as a top producing residential real estate team in the Washington, DC area. The team is looking for an outgoing, self motivated, marketing and client relations coordinator. 

What you'll do

• Shape branding and marketing projects, including creating brochures and online virtual tours of residential properties
• Maintain and update social media accounts
• Manage direct mail and iflyer programs
• Maintain and monitor schedule of team members
• Maintain confidential files on behalf of clients
• Manage team's expenses
• Perform other related duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate

• Experience in providing administrative support in a professional work environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Adobe required; demonstrated ability to learn quickly and master new software applications
• Prior experience in marketing and real estate fields preferred
