Human Resources Generalist/Payroll
A prominent Risk Management consulting firm has a fantastic opportunity for a HR Generalist/Payroll Specialist. This is working in a 2 person HR department and the individual will wear many hats. Responsibilities include: Will process payroll semi-monthly for over 110 employees using ADP workflow (this is not time consuming) Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employee activities Handle daily Benefit duties and questions (The Director manages the benefits) Oversee PTO and leaves of absence Compile and produce reports Manager and oversee all employee activities (birthdays, meetings, etc..) Job Requirements BA/BS Required 2-5 years of HR Generalist/Payroll experience using ADP Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Energetic and approachable - will be point of contact for all employees Organizing and promoting company events Ability to keep all information confidential Additional Information NRI is an equal opportunity employer.
