DevSecOps Strategist
Key Role:

Provide senior consulting support within an Acquisition Category (ACAT) I Major Automated Information System (MAIS) program for DoD health-related information technology systems. Support the Program Management Office (PMO) business process reengineering as it moves from Waterfall towards Agile development processes within a DevSecOps environment. Provide strategic guidance on best practices in alignment with overarching DoD policies and procedures. Advise government personnel on incremental changes that could lead to continuous improvement in products, services, and standardization of processes.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with developing, implementing, integrating, and evaluating systems engineering projects

-Experience with technical implementation and delivery within a DoD environment, including COTS and GOTS hardware and software integration

-Experience with developing IT solutions from user requirements and use cases

-Experience with using tools, including IBM Jazz, Rationale, DOORS, and Jira

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree and 9+ years of experience in a professional work environment or MA or MS degree and 5+ years of experience in a professional work environment

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with systems engineering working in a DoD Program Management Office

-Experience with supporting the development of enterprise-level IT strategies

-Experience with working in an ACAT I program

-Knowledge of DoD IT policy, DoD Cybersecurity processes, and Enterprise Architecture products

-Secret clearance

-Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe Certification
