Human Capital Analyst, Workforce Analytics Specialist
Key Role:

Develop analysis tools and dashboards to track human capital metrics, including progress against hiring goals. Leverage knowledge of human capital strategy, human resources (HR) policy, and best practices in hiring to conduct trend analysis and predictive modeling and communicate results to support clients in their organizational decision-making and improved productivity. Identify and determine the appropriate data to be analyzed to support the objectives of a project. Serve as a key team member for projects with federal clients by assisting with managing delivery and client relationships. Support firm marketing activities, including white papers, proposals, and capability briefings focused on areas, such as strategic human capital management, workforce analysis, and talent acquisition.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience working in federal HR, including direct work for a U.S. government HR organization or consultation to U.S. federal organizations in areas related to HR or human capital

-2+ years of experience conducting HR-related analysis, including developing reports from automated HR information systems (HRIS), such as CareerConnect and PeopleSoft

-1+ years of experience in statistical analysis

-Experience with working in a team-based environment

-Experience with relational database structures and research methods

-Knowledge of key human capital principles and operational HR

-Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, including the ability to translate business metrics and financial data into strategic recommendations

-Knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications

-Experience developing data visualizations in Tableau

-Knowledge of federal human resources policies and processes

-Knowledge of talent acquisition challenges in specialist skills areas, including technical, Cybersecurity, or data science

-Ability to work on client site in the Washington, D.C. area five days per week

-Possession of excellent leadership, analysis, and data gathering skills

-Possession of critical thinking and oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Organizational and Industrial Psychology, or Human Resource Development preferred; MA or MS degree in Business Administration, Organizational and Industrial Psychology, or Human Resource Development a plus
