Recognition Team Program Analyst
Key Role:

Work as a part of our corporate people services team, provide key support in a wide variety of total rewards team programs. Manage the daily processes for the recognition programs awards and anniversaries within the total rewards team. Perform as the primary POC to field inquiries from staff on the recognition programs via the Help Desk ticketing system. Take ownership of the issues that are reported, research and resolve those issues and identify process issues or possible enhancements required. Participate in open and collaborative conversations with the senior recognition POC regarding programs and identified issues and solutions, and manage the updating of the training and resources materials based on inquiries received from clients. Conduct research into total reward practices, policies and procedures as assigned, and assists in the formulation of program objectives. Support implementation of recommended courses of action to meet objectives, and conducts research to help determine feasibility, costs benefits, and potential total rewards programs in support of planning efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with providing program support in a professional and complex setting

-2+ years of experience in Human Resources

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

-Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

-Ability to interact with all levels of staff, including firm executive leadership, and external vendors

-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment and prepare briefings, reports and summarize information on the program to leadership

-Ability to work with minimum supervision in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft Access

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
